RPA
The Review of Public Administration (RPA) is the first major examination of public services in Northern Ireland for over 30 years. The number of Councils in Northern Ireland will reduce from 26 to 11 in May 2011.
Ballymena, Carrickfergus and Larne Borough Councils will merge under RPA to form a new Mid and East Antrim local authority.
