Dance your way to fitness with a fun filled hour of "Zumba in the Park" on Monday 23rd July, in Shaftesbury Park, from 7pm, as part of Love Parks week.

Come along and try out this energetic, electrifying dance craze that is taking over the nation and dance your way to fitness.

Admission is free!
