Junior Spin® finished for the summer

New Pilates courses to begin
Enrolment for our next Pilates courses will open next week.
Enrolment for Monday evening classes opens at 8am on Monday 13 May and the course begins the following week. Enrolment for the Wednesday evening class opens at 8am on Wednesday 15 May and the course begins the following week. These are 6 week courses and are free to Full Members, £24.60 to adults and the concessionary rate is £21.60. Payment must be taken on the day of booking. - Monday 6.45pm-7.30pm (Intermediate)
- Monday 7.45pm-8.30pm (Beginner)

Mummy & Me has been cancelled
Unfortunately due to low turnout Mummy & Me has been cancelled and Friday's class (10 May 2013) will be the last one.

Summer Membership 2013
Summer Membership will be available for the following dates:
- 1st June to 31st August 2013
- 1st July to 30th September 2013
This costs £80.00 for the three months and includes your Induction (must be booked in advance) and access to our Gymnasium, Therma Spa, Swimming Pool, Kinesis™ Suite and Fitness Classes. Visit our Memberships page for further details (Summer Memberships have the same entitlements as Full Memberships for the duration of the three months).
£5.00 can be refunded within 2 weeks of membership expiry date upon receipt of both TGS key and membership card or you can continue with your membership within the same time period and pay no joining fee (saving you £25.00).
Terms & Conditions:
- £80.00 must be paid in advance.
- Membership runs for three consecutive months.
- No pro rata is available.

Adult Lessons enrolment open NOW for May 2013
Enrolment is open NOW for the next set of Adult Swimming Lessons. You can enrol either by telephone on 028 9335 8888 or at the Amphitheatre Reception. The cost is £60.00 for an 8 week course and payment must be taken at the time of booking. Classes begin on Monday 13 May 2013 and run every Monday at the following times:
Adult Improvers class: 7.15pm - 8.00pm
Adult Beginners class: 8.00pm - 8.15pm
Please note that places are limited and will be available on a first come first served basis.

Class waiting lists
From Monday 15 April we are introducing a waiting list for popular Fitness Classes including: Spin, Total Body Workout and Pump It Up.
Once the class is full we can take 5 further names to be placed on the waiting list. If a place becomes available we will contact the next person on the list.

Price changes
Our new prices came into effect Monday 1 April 2013 and an updated price list can be found at Reception or by clicking here. While most activities have experienced a slight price rise; sessions of badminton, squash, tennis and table tennis have been reduced and now cost £5.50 (£4.00 concession) for 45 minutes.

Children's swimming lessons general enrolment
Open enrolment for the next set of Children's Swimming Lessons will take place on Saturday 20 April 2013 for lessons commencing the week beginning 27 April. This will begin at 8am and spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis. A block of lessons is priced at £50 for 10 weeks per child and includes 10 free swimming sessions for the child to gain extra practice, valid for the duration of the swimming sessions.

Lunchtime Fitness Burst
Call in any weekday afternoon between 12 noon and 2pm to make use of our Lunchtime Fitness Burst. For £2.50 per person you can make use of a selection of activities including swimming, badminton, table tennis, squash and tennis. You are not limited to one activity and can make use of as many as you want within the time frame; however this will be dependent on availablity of facilities. Racquets and equipment are supplied free of charge.

2 for 1 swimming and gym every Friday
Come down on Friday evenings after 5pm and get two swims or two casual gym visits for the price of one (cheapest one free). Kids must leave the pool before 8.45pm and adults before 9.45pm. The Gym and Spa close at 9.30pm.
