Fit Kids Juniors recommences on Tuesday 10th January (4-6 years) and Fit Kids recommences on Saturday 14th January (7-16 years). All classes are priced as £3.50 per session so why not come along

Fit Kids and Fit Kids Juniors is a fantastic opportunity for children from 4 – 16 years of age tohave fun while targeting the development of movement skills as well as setting the foundations of a healthy introduction to sports, Gym & Kinesis. 

Fit Kids Juniors and Fit Kids providesfun Fitness, Health and Wellness for young people through participation in various sports, fitness and activities designed for their own age group.  

All classes are priced as £3.50 per session so why not come along and start the New Year as a Fit Kid?
