Implement and maintain a Control of Legionella Management Programme for 23 No. premises/facilities. This programme will enable the Council to fully comply with The Health and Safety Executive’s publication L8 Accepted Code of Practice and Guidance – Legionnaires’ Disease – The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water System.
INVITES TENDERS FOR WATER RISK MANAGEMENT CONTROL AND MONITORING PROGRAMME INCLUDING LEGIONELLA
The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced firm to:-
Implement and maintain a Control of Legionella Management Programme for 23 No. premises/facilities. This programme will enable the Council to fully comply with The Health and Safety Executive’s publication L8 Accepted Code of Practice and Guidance – Legionnaires’ Disease – The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water System.
Firms tendering must be registered under the Legionella Control Association Code of Conduct and possess membership of the Water Management Society.
