We want your views on your Council. How satisfied are you with the services provided by Carrickfergus Borough Council? What do you think of the leisure services facilities? Is the Borough as clean as you would like it to be? Is the waste collection service up to scratch? We want to know if we are providing the best service possible to our rate payers.
