An Exhibition to celebrate the 200th Birthday of Charles Dickens

‘Dickens: Life, Work and Legacy’, is a bespoke exhibition designed for Carrickfergus Museum and promises to deliver a feast of treats for fans of this internationally renowned author!

The exhibition is the first opportunity for the people of Carrickfergus to celebrate a unique connection with one of the most famous writers of all time.  It will showcase some first edition copies of Dickens work along with other interesting artefacts.  To accompany the exhibition there will be audio and visual Dickens displays for all to enjoy.

‘Dickens: Life, Work and Legacy’ will run from Friday 12th October to Friday 30th November.  The exhibition is housed in the Museum and Civic Centre, Carrickfergus and opens Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm, admission is FREE.
