Notice on By-Laws (September 2009)
Notice is herby given that Carrickfergus Borough Council, intends to apply to the Department of the Environment for an Order under Section 3 of the Public Health Acts (Amendment) Act 1907 ("the Act") to have sections 82 and 83 of that Act applied to the District. The purpose of applying for this Order is to enable Carrickfergus Borough Council to make Bye-laws for the regulation of Small Parks, Amenity Areas, Open Spaces and Public Walkways.
