Get ready for summer at BOOT CAMP

With the summer holidays drawing closer, Amphitheatre Wellness Centre is introducing a new BOOT CAMP to help everyone meet their aims of achieving that holiday body, commencing on Thursday 3rd June.
Join Kris and Jonathan at BOOT CAMP as they take you through a five week course held on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6pm – 7pm. The course which will involve a weigh in and weigh out for each session, will be held outdoors and will continue come wind, rain, hail, sleet, snow or volcanic ash! Nothing will stop these guys!
BOOT CAMP which commences on Thursday 3rd June, requires advance registration for the 5 week course and is free to Amphitheatre members, and £30 to non members.
