NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification), £250.00
Open to anyone over 16, the NPLQ is the industrial award for lifeguard and is valid for 2 years upon successful completion.

Kettlebell Course*, £340.00
Are you interested in teaching the latest craze? Then if so, the two day Kettlebell course is the one for you. The course will be held at Amphitheatre towards the end of July. Numbers are limited so early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
*Pre-requisite: must already hold a level 2 fitness instructor qualification.
Indoor Studio Cycle*, £340.00
Amphitheatre are holding a couse that will allow you to each indoor studio cycle, the ever popular spin exercise that continues to grow in demand. The course will be held at the beginning of September but as places are limited early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.

Pilates Based Course, £350.00
Starting mid August, this Pilates Based Course will allow you to instruct classes with a Pilates theme. Numbers are limited so early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
